Once upon a time In a desert under the starry skies
a merchant on a breezy warm spring night lies

In the fire and flames a vision he sees
off to a journey through the magic trees

“to learn about numbers & sound
seek nature and shall it be found”

Through his debut album “Tale of a merchant” Arhan Afndy attempts to carve out a sonic silk road that bridges his Middle Eastern roots with western music.
The work consists of songs both in Arabic & English, an instrumental intro and a visual map of the sonic journey of the album.
